A bit about Tracey W

I love psychology and am passionate about making it accessible to everyone. Psychology applies to so many aspects of life and I really enjoy breaking down complex ideas and theories and applying them to 'real life'. I love it when I can see it 'clicking' for students and that's what I aim for in all of my sessions. I prefer an interactive approach, with content that really gets you thinking. Everyone learns differently, so it's important for me that the sessions are planned to suit you and your own learning style I have a 1st class Psychology degree as well as an MSc. I am also completing a PhD and have been lecturing in Psychology at degree level. I have experience of working with young people and adults and am able to tailor sessions to suit your needs As well as my BSc and MSc in Psychology, I have also completed professional training in therapeutic counselling and I use psychological theories in my day to day practice as well as my teaching, I am completing a PhD in trauma-informed practice as well so I am able to help with research methods and design.
