Studied French and German at school, then learned Russian at Leeds University. Continued at Moscow State University and then worked in Moscow as a translator. I am bilingual in Russian. For many years worked in international business using my languages, and adding Italian and Spanish along the way. Completed an MBA and taught business people how to succeed. Recently I trained as a French and German teacher in a secondary school and trained to teach English as a Foreign Language (CELTA). I have taught young students 121 and also in summer school. Many of my students have gone on to do very well in their exams, get into uni, get well-paid jobs... I love helping people, I love languages and tutoring brings the two together.

How do lessons work?
All lessons take place through Sherpa's online, industry-leading classroom. This is a combination of a collaborative, real time whiteboard and a video call, like Zoom.
