I´ve been working in Spain for the last 8 years as a teacher of English as a foreign language. I have a real passion for the English language and also have a good level of Spanish which I learnt from scratch when I moved abroad. So I have a solid grasp of language learning and also first-hand experience of how tricky it can be!
I specialise in teaching English as a foreign language from Beginner to Advanced, with a CELTA qualification and experience teaching both children and adults. I also have a degree in Geography and masters in Town Planning, with a real passion for the subject.
I became a teacher after several years in an office job because I really wanted to make a difference to people on an individual basis. I love seeing how students develop and respond to encouragement and the ways in which I can help them achieve their goals. My students always give me positive feedback about my enthusiasm and knowledge, which in turn motivates me too!

How do the introductions work?
Sherpa gives you the opportunity to meet our tutors in a free 20 minute introduction, which takes place through the Sherpa classroom.
How do lessons work?
All lessons take place through Sherpa's online, industry-leading classroom. This is a combination of a collaborative, real time whiteboard and a video call, like Zoom.
