A bit about Fahad M

Business Studies I am a highly experienced teacher (over 8 years) who has taught a wide range of subjects/specifications. My teaching career has consisted of working with inner London EAL students. My specialist skill lies in transforming underachieving students and ensuring positive outcomes for all students which I have managed to do successfully in the three schools I have worked in. I ensure that my lessons not only are highly differentiated and meet the needs of the tutee but stretch and challenge every single student. Furthermore, I personalise the learning by using current affairs and examples student can relate to ensure that they engagement whilst also bringing some element of humour into my lesson. Success stories include: My Year 11 Business class sat their exams in January 2020 (before Covid) and on average obtained a residual value of 0.58 (this means on average all students perform half a grade better than their target grades). I over-plan so that there is always something to cover and learn. I ensure planning is done to meet the needs of each students and resources are differentiated. You can use real life examples to bring the lessons to life and you can really personalise the learning with examples.
