Maths student who enjoys helping students find maths fun
You can book a free 20 minute, no-commitment introduction with any of our tutors. How does this work?
I am an international student and I was awarded academic excellence scholarship to study Mmath at University of York.
I have taken the IELTS exam scoring 8.5 and having passed teacher training course for kids, teenagers and adults, I have experience teaching English(ESL) both in group classes and privately to all age groups in Kish Institute of Technology(back in my country).
I have also got experience teaching advanced maths to 10th and 11th grade students in my high school who wanted to participate in national maths contests.
I love doing maths and going over many resources, expanding my knowledge and keeping my problem solving fresh.
I specially enjoy helping students find maths beautiful by helping them build intuition and confidence in areas of maths they struggle with and helping them to learn math in more depth.
I love using a student-centred method such that students come up with solutions and ideas themselves rather than teaching them in a one-sided manner and help them with areas they cannot relate to or areas of maths they want to learn in more depth.
