A bit about Jamie F

I am an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic primary school teacher who is passionate about supporting the academic, personal and social growth of all children. I am excellent at building supportive, caring and purposeful relationships with primary age children; instilling self-belief, building a sense of self-worth and ensuring that the children in my care enjoy their learning and have fun whilst doing so. All children deserve to have adults who support them, care about who they are and listen to them. These are the building blocks which scaffold their learning and potential. I have been a primary school teacher within KS2 for six years. I have taught and provided provision for a range of children with specific educational and pastoral needs and throughout the recent pandemic, I have used a range of methods to engage and teach children via Zoom. Sport - football in particular! Reading, running, walking my dog!
