A bit about Amelie A

I have been working in education since 1998 so have lots of experience. I am kind and patient. I have taught children from the ages of 3-11 years old. During my teaching of EFL I have taught both children and adults. I have two children of my own. When I am not teaching I love to play tennis and spend time with my family. I love seeing when students realise that they can have a conversation and name things such as fruit, clothes. When they can have a simple conversation with me, the confidence and happiness that shows is what keeps me teaching EFL. I am a calm and patient teacher, I use props and flashcards where needed and I also use songs and sometimes powerpoints to get students using what they have learnt in their lessons. CELTA TEFL QTS BA Tennis, I love to play tennis. My two older siblings were in boarding school, so it was just myself and my younger sister at home, we were very close, I spent alot of time helping her and working with her when we were doing homework. Also my years as a teenager babysitting younger children.
