A bit about Roshiva N

I am a 1st year medical student at University College London (UCL). Before this, I completed a Biomedical Sciences with Anatomy degree at St George’s University of London with First Class Honours. I have been teaching for about 6 years - I feel that it’s very rewarding to help others reach their goals. I like working with different students as it helps me develop my skills as a tutor as well. I specialise in GCSE chemistry, biology, physics and mathematics. I also teach A-level chemistry and biology. My favourite thing about being a tutor is getting to know my students, and seeing how they progress over time. It's very rewarding to see how far they have come! I first started tutoring when I was 16 - just after I finished my GCSEs. My family friend needed some help with her exams, so I tutored for a couple of hours a week. I realised that I really enjoyed sharing my knowledge and watching others do well. Since then, I have been teaching students of different ages and abilities. I have learnt to adapt my teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students. I have worked with students with ADHD, autism, dyscalculia and chronic fatigue syndrome. I have completed my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences with Anatomy, with a First Class Honours. I am currently studying Medicine at UCL. This has given me an excellent knowledge of the all sciences and mathematics.
