A bit about Matthew M

I am a qualified primary teacher and am currently teaching Year 6. I am a Maths Manager for a two campus primary school and lead for forces children. I particularly like helping children with maths, although I enjoy the teaching the whole primary curriculum. I hold a PGCE with maths specialism and enjoy building confidence in using maths. Although maths is my specialism, I also enjoy supporting any of the subjects in the primary curriculum. I hold an MBA and a PGCE with QTS (maths specialism) I love seeing children make the links between the different concepts I am teaching, especially when they have previously hit the maths ‘brick walk’
