A bit about Angie

I have over 2 years experience of tutoring primary and GCSE maths online with several different tutoring platforms. Having achieved 9 in GCSE Edexcel maths, and went from a B to an A* in A-level Edexcel maths, I clearly understand the common mistakes student makes and the best way to improve it in a short period of time. I am very clear in my teaching approach and make sure my student understand the concept before moving on. Please message me if you are interested in finding primary, KS3 or GCSE maths tuition. I am a patient tutor and will adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s needs. Prior to each session I will ask the student what they would like to focus on. If there isn’t a specific topic that the student wanted to go through, I will always be happy to take a strategic approach to working through a given syllabus. My student love my 4 step teaching approach: 1. Identify individual student’s weakness, usually through past paper, student’s own experience or through homework questions I set 2. Go through their weakness 3. Practice easy to hard questions 4. Homework to take away or past paper to completed in an exam condition running up to the exam
