A bit about Matthew N

I specialise in Reading comprehension and phonics, Maths, Science, Geography and History. I have been teaching for four years at a top Primary School in London. My lessons are always well considered and meticulously planned to accommodate the needs of all the abilities of the class, this is achieved through scaffolding, practical examples, and immersing the children fully into their experience so they learn by doing, rather than sitting and listening constantly. I began my teaching career as as Teaching Assistant, I then wanted to become part of the planning and teaching experiences, so trained to become a teacher. At the heart of my pedagogy is lifelong learning, ensuring the children experience engaging, fun lessons that will result in impactful learning.
