A bit about Rebecca T

My lessons are planned to support and push the children at a pace which is right for them. I am flexible in my teaching approach and will slow down on areas of learning if the children are struggling to grasp the concept or ask them thought provoking questions to help deepen their understanding. As a primary school teacher, I am able to teach a wide range of subjects to the same children which helps build a strong professional relationship between the children and myself and means I can plan lessons more specific to the needs and/or ability because I know what my children are capable of. I love to read, whether that is to my own children or a book to myself. The excitement of getting lost in the story is what I love about reading. I also love going exploring in the woods local to where I live with my family, going on all sorts of adventures.
