I am currently a Teaching Assistant in Statistics at the University of Leeds- UK. I hold a PhD in Statistics focusing on optimal stopping time, actuarial science, and data analysis from the University of Leeds- the UK, an MRes in Mathematical Modelling, and an MSc in Mathematical Science (Distinction). I also hold a first degree in Actuarial Science (First Class). I was funded by a prestigious Leeds Anniversary Research Scholarship (2016–2020) during my PhD study. My other notable awards included an Outstanding Student Award (2015, AIMS) and Best Teaching Assistant (2014, KNUST). I was a Postdoctoral Research Officer at the University of Oxford under the UKRI GCRF Hub “Accelerating Achievement for Africa's Adolescents”, Department of Social Policy & Intervention from Jan. 2020 to Jan. 2021. I am a Eurofound Advisory Committee member as a CEI expert in quality of life and quality of society, and public service and a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries –UK. I am an Associate Fellow of The Higher Education Academy -UK. In addition, I work on a part-time basis as a module developer and leader at UNICAF -the University of East London for Advanced decision making: Predictive analytics and Machine learning for MSc Data Science. I am also a module leader and tutor, Study group -at Kingston University –the UK for business information analysis, business statistics and information technology for international year 1 student.
