A bit about Adam R

Hi! I recently finished my A-levels in Chemistry, Psychology and Biology, achieving A*AA and I am currently a medical student at one of Londons best universities ; Westminster University. I am an expert with the NEW GCSE specification as well as A-level AQA, OCR and Edexcel for Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. I am well informed on the new 9-1 specification for GCSEs and by being the first set of students to sit the new exams I know how hard it is so I can help you nail those specific mark scheme answers to get you those 8/9s, the same way i did at GCSE. I have been tutoring for 2 years and I am confident that I can help you achieve top grades with my successful lesson plans which I specially Curate for each individual child to aid them in what they are weak in. I specialise in Mathematics, English Language / Literature , Biology, Chemistry and Physics. These subject are core and are very important even in later education. I help students reach their full potential by providing interactive lessons and individually curated homework to help aid the child in their weaknesses. My lessons are usually 1 hour to 2 hours long depending on request and also age of the student. I provide homework every lesson which is marked and given back with feedback. All the homework I provide is specially curated for the child to help aid them in areas where there is a lack of understanding. I first started tutoring a year and a half ago at a tuition centre which I still work at. I have plenty of material in line with national curriculum to help your child develop in their learning. I love the real life applicability of the learning. My teaching style is to provide fun interactive learning where students are always actively learning, asking questions and developing their skills. I provide homework at the end of every lesson which is specially curated for every child in areas where they need help. I also provide monthly feedback reports to all parents to show child's progression. Interacting with students and seeing them progress in their academic journeys. 'Failure to prepare is to prepare for failure' I make my learning very enjoyable and interactive which is important in order for a student to learn. I am constantly reinforcing child's learning to make sure information is retained and they are progressing. Seeing my students surpass and achieving their target grades. I have qualification in GCSE and A-levels. I am currently in my first year as a Medical Student studying at Westminster University. I love helping people and part of being a teacher is helping students reach their academic goals which is very inspiring. I love seeing students progressing in their learning and reaching their goals. Outside teaching I love attending university. I am currently learning medicine and have always aspired to become a doctor. Learning about how the human body works and helping to treat people is something I love. I teach the exam boards: AQA, EDEXCEL AND OCR I teach all the way from KS1 ( reception level) all the way to KS5 (A-level).
