A bit about Anisa H

Hello! My name is Anisa and I’m a student at University of Birmingham, studying MSc. Human Biology. I have a year experience in online tutoring in GCSE Biology, Chemistry and English Language. I like to make lessons more 'fun' or engaging whilst ensuring content is delivered to the best standard and grades improve. The lesson styles are unique to each student, depending on what they'd like to go over, for example if they'd like me to go over pre-planned content on a virtual platform or annotate an exam paper, or simply thoroughly going over exam questions! I am familiar with the AQA exam-board. I teach Biology, Chemistry and English language most suited towards the KS3 and KS4 curriculum: secondary school education level. I like to be humorous and ensure the student is relaxed and comfortable to be able to offer their answers and thoughts without feeling over-whelmed or inferior. Discussing different topics, linking them to every-day occurrences and life is as important, if not more, than memorising the model answers.
