A bit about Alaisha D

I teach AQA, EDEXCEL and OCR exam boards for psychology, Maths and Business. Particularly, I teach A-level students as I have experienced psychology majorly during A-levels and as a masters student in Health Psychology at the moment. GCSE students are more than welcome to learn with me as I can prepare them for their exams! My greatest success is being able to encourage and improve my students grades from a D to an A within a few months of hard work and compassion, along with some fun learning and memory techniques that have also worked for me. I specialise in teaching Alevel psychology, especially along the AQA exam board. I do also tend to teach business studies as it was one of my A-levels and rapidly became one of my favourite subjects. This was down to the amount of fun I had when learning content because it was quite interactive and not just reading and writing essays but engaging and enthusiastic with appliance to the real world My teaching style is mostly visual filled with many examples so that my students can get a deeper understanding of how to calculate or structure an answer. I provided support in which they can then compare their answers with the exemplar in which allows them to gain full marks.
