A bit about Krish S

Being a student myself, and having tutored over 40 students over the past two years, I know that the key to achieving the top grades isn't "innate smartness" or the ability to grind out 100s of past papers until you memorise each, and every, exam question that could be asked. Instead, it is the ability to understand, contextualise and apply what you learn. An excellent understanding is the principle behind being able to solve problems, answer questions or even explain concepts to others and it is my aim to help you to achieve exactly that which is why understanding is the main focus of the way I teach. In doing so, I hope to also help you increase your self-confidence, develop your problem-solving skills, and achieve the grades that you’re capable of. I started tutoring 3 years ago. Since then, I have taught over 30 students with most of my students achieving above their target grades at GCSE and A-Level. I've had several students achieve a grade 8/9 at GCSE and A*/A at A-Level. I completed my A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, and Physics in 2019. Alongside my A-Levels, I wrote a dissertation on medical ethics. In July 2022, I graduated with a First class honours BSc degree in Biomedical Science. I am now enrolled on a MSc course in Immunology at Imperial College London. I teach GCSE/IGCSE and A-Level students. I have taught students studying with several different exam boards (AQA, OCR, Edexcel, CCEA, CIE, WJEC). As there aren't huge differences in terms of content between exam boards, I'm more than happy to cater to the specific exam board your course is with. I recently graduated with a First-Class degree in Biomedical Science (Hons) and I am now a current student at Imperial College London studying a Master's in Immunology.
