A bit about Aisha

I am a qualified primary school teacher specialising in the teaching of Maths. My background is in Psychology as I completed an undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology. I am most passionate about inspiring students to develop a love for learning and an appreciation for Maths in particular. I love the challenging aspect of teaching and learning Maths which comes with a sense of satisfaction when we find the correct answer. While teaching, I find that my students appreciate that I can create an environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes as it creates opportunity to learn. I take a calm and positive approach to teaching with the aim of developing my students’ resilience.
