A bit about Khodor

Highly experienced tutor and researcher with over 15 years' experience in education, both in schools and privately. I am also a biomedical scientist and immunologist. I have a PhD in biomedical sciences, an MSc in immunology, and a BSc (Hons) in biology. Combining my experience as a teacher with my work in the research sector has given me a wealth of knowledge that allows me to deliver concepts and lessons at the highest level possible in all Science subjects (Biology, Chemistry and Physics). I am specialised in are all science topics (KS3 & GCSE), especially biology up to AS/A-levels using the CIE and AQA curriculum, but I also have experience with other curricula. I also assist undergraduates and master's students in biology-related fields. Since 2002, I have been teaching privately, and each year I learn something new while teaching several students. This helps me to continue to give my best year after year. Combining my experience as a teacher with my work in the research sector has given me a wealth of knowledge that allows me to deliver concepts and lessons at the highest level possible in all Science subjects (Biology, Chemistry and Physics). It is my goal to make scientific concepts easy for students to understand in a way that is suitable for their needs. I am punctual and prepare for lessons in advance. I provide revision materials and mark them so students have a clear understanding of how to answer exam-style questions. Football and music.
