A bit about Peter W

I assist non-native English speaking students to mange IELTS success and for those already working in the UK, I support them with C-BEC a programme for Confident Business English Communication including editing presentations and sales communications. Personal experience in Airline, Tech, Sports Marketing and Hospitality sectors worldwide. I have enjoyed an international career in the airline industry which led to managing global travel and entertainment for stellar companies including American Express, Mastercard and TIME Magazine. For non-native speakers the hard part is already done, they have achieved academic success reading and writing theory and usually a thesis, in English. My role as a Business English coach is to polish those English language skills into a finer speaking and equally importantly, listening ability. I initially started training programmes in the airline industry helping non-native English speakers to deliver better customer services and passenger handling at Heathrow Airport. I am a coach and an assessor so rather than simply instruct, I help the student to develop their innate skills by reviewing real live cases and active assignments. I enjoy the reward of the student measurably improving over the weeks and months we work together. I enjoy informed debate, a discourse on the subject at hand and looking at ways the issues can be communicated for the better.
