A bit about Vanessa M

I am a passionate, dedicated and friendly teacher with over fifteen years teaching and tutoring experience. I specialise in Primary tutoring, particularly Maths and English preparation for SATs. I am also an ESL specialist and have experience of preparing students for the 11+ exam. I love having the opportunity to work on a 1:1 basis with students. It gives you the opportunity to really get to know them as individuals, which enables you to better understand their needs and provide a personalised learning experience. For me, there is no greater satisfaction than seeing a student grow in confidence and succeed in the subject that you are supporting them with! For me, the greatest success has been seeing the satisfaction of my students when they succeed in whatever it is they are trying to achieve. This is particularly pertinent when that success comes in a subject that they previously found to be challenging.
