A bit about Sandra A

I am design director and educator, leading a talented in-house creative team at a digital agency called REVOLT. I currently oversee branding and design initiatives that positively support organisational growth and behavioural change. I am integral in helping the agency deliver exceptional creative projects, for a diverse and exciting client base across multiple platforms. I Have worked with brands such as, Meta, Rolls Royce , The Telegraphy, Net-A-Porter just to name a few. I am currently a lecturer at University of The Arts London and I have also ran design workshops at The RCA, Universtiy of Westminster, Goldsmiths University, UCA and Royal Holloway University. I am specialise in, Brand Identity Design, Typographic Design, Print Design and Digital Design. I always start my lessons with an ice-breaker, followed by a short Q&A session to get to know my students better. It is important to find links in which I as a tutor can connect with my students, It is also puts me in a position of learning. As I am an advocate for co- creation and cross collaboration not just in design but in the learning environment. I first started tutoring 4 years ago What I love most about teaching my subject is highlighting how much design links with social mobility, people are the builder of brands. Great design comes from those who are compassionate about mankind, as we are the creators and the users of design. My teaching style is facilitator style I adopt a facilitator or activity-based style by encouraging self-learning in the classroom through increased peer to teacher learning. My favourite thing about being a tutor is the ability inspire a new way of thinking and doing through learning.
