A bit about Norhan

I specialise in Biology and Chemistry up to A-Level and Physics up to GCSE. I begin with a recap of previous knowledge. Then I proceed with a little discussion to understand your ideas. Subsequently, I go through the content alongside learning checkpoints and exam questions. After each learning objective, there is a learning checkpoint to assess knowledge. I like to include a range of creative learning strategies like videos and I focus on constant self-reflection and marking. This allows you to build your confidence outside the classroom. I began tutoring in 2018 and I’ve graduated from my Secondary Science PGCE at UCL. It’s creative, it’s endless and it’s transformative! I focus on creative teaching, creative learning and formative assessments. I love having a one to one relationship where I can push the student in a way that caters to their needs, so that I can see them excel and reach for their goals! Swimming, cycling, reading and parties! AQA, OCR and EDEXCEL I teach from primary to secondary GCSE as well as Biology at A-level WAIT… I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL BECAUSE I WAS ONCE IN EXACTLY THE SAME POSITION. I have achieved a 2:1 in Biomedical Science through determination and resilience. Interestingly, my dissertation was based on cancer research and I studied difficult modules like pharmacology and toxicology and biochemistry. Subsequently, my interest in science led me to embark a career in teaching. I completed my masters at UCL university which is considered to be the number one university for education in the world. As a result of my persistence I achieved a PGCE with QTS. Additionally, I have two years of tutoring experience which renders me an expert within the field.
