A bit about Rita N

I am a qualified primary school teacher with more than 20 years’ classroom experience. I also have a diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I offer tutoring for individuals or small groups. I am a fun person and like to make sure that my lessons are enjoyable.

I used to do full-time tutoring in my 20s for a few years, then took a full time job. In the last couple of years I have gone back to my roots of tutoring again and I really enjoy it.

I like to ensure that my time with my students is useful, so first of all, I like to establish where the support is needed. This way I can be sure that the needs of my pupils will be met. Learning does not have to be boring and I like to make my lessons fun. I also like to have some feedback to know that I can bring the best out of my students.

Outside of teaching I love dancing and Zumba. I sing all the time and love reading too. I enjoy countryside walks with my family and I am a very competitive board game champion :)

I love the sense of achievement in teaching that comes from challenges. I like to make a difference.

I have a teaching degree and a diploma to teach English as a Foreign Language
