A bit about Racheal

I am currently a head of department with responsibility for Psychology, Criminology and Health and Social Care. I have over 12 years experience of teaching in secondary schools. I am an application mentor supporting students with writing an outstanding personal statements. I also tutor university students to by reading assignments and providing feedback on how to meet the assessment criteria for better grades. Social Sciences: GCSE & A Level Psychology - various exam boards including AQA, OCR and Edexcel A Level Criminology - WJEC GCSE & BTEC Health and Social Care - various exam boards including AQA, OCR and Edexcel By the end of each lesson, all of my students make progress - guaranteed. I will start with an initial assessment and discussion to find out where your strengths and weaknesses lie, also your online learning preferences. I will then cover content where there may be any misconceptions or deeper understanding is required. My lessons are engaging using a range of effective techniques to maintain and increase motivation. Much of the session will be focussed on answer different exam style questions using the "I do, We do, You do" approach. Sessions will be adapted to meet individual needs and ensure the best outcomes.
