A bit about Rana B

I have worked in a number of secondary schools and my specialism is in GCSE English Language and English Literature. I have my own schemes of work which are intended to make the topic enjoyable, relatable and above all, useful. The exam boards that I have taught in are Edexcel and AQA. I have taught the following: Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, Julius Caesar, A Merchant of Venice, A Christmas Carol, Blood Brothers, Power and Conflict anthology etc. I am currently living in Liverpool where I taught English at a number of Secondary schools. When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, watching Netflix and going on holidays. I have been working in education for the past 6 years. I first started as a cover supervisor, then teaching assistant and then became an English teacher. I first start try to understand the needs to the student and what they are trying to get out of the session. I try to engage the student with all the tasks so that it is meaningful. KS3 KS4 AQA/Edexcel MA and BA Helping people achieve their goals.
