A bit about Nicola B

I'm a qualified teacher with over 10 years experience and am currently doing a PhD in Psychology. I have an MSc in Psychology and work experience in peadiatric psychology in hospitals. I have taught in primary and secondary schools across London and Bedfordshire and I currently tutor psychology undergraduates. I specialise in Psychology due to my background, but also English Language due to my own A Levels and love for the subject. I create fun, interesting, creative, interactive lessons. I'm not one for just reeling off power point slides and talking a lot! I have an MSc in Psychology and am currently doing a PhD in Psychology. I have A Level English Language and am a stickler for grammar and punctuation! I have experience with Psychology AQA and OCR and I teach Y10/Y11 English Language, Y12/Y13 English Language, Y10/Y11 Psychology, Y12/Y13 Psychology and Undergraduate Psychology. Friendly, fun, approachable, patient, making learning interesting. I have two teenagers (15 and 13) and two dogs and my eldest has learning disabilities so I have a good understanding of children with additional needs. Outside of my PhD studies and tutoring I spend a lot of time dog walking and time with my family.
