A bit about Arm Udomrat

I first started tutoring GCSE Math to a few students when I was in Year 12, and really enjoyed it! After I finished my A-Levels in Math, Further Math, Biology and Chemistry, I started tutoring the UCAT and BMAT (admissions tests for medical schools), A Level Maths and GCSE Biology and Chemistry. Tutoring is something which I truly enjoy, especially when I can see that my tutees are learning and improving! Before the first lesson, I usually ask my tutees to complete a 'test' in the subject, for example if I was tutoring GCSE Math it would be past paper questions in the topics which they have covered. After covering the relevant content with my tutees, I follow the 'See one, do one, teach one' principle which is well applied in the medical field. After showing my tutees how to do a question, I let them have a go themselves, then finally ask them to explain it to me, i.e. 'teaching' me how to do the question to ensure that they have truly understood. I achieved 7 9s in Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, French, and Latin GCSE, 8s in English and Music GCSE, and an A (the highest grade) in the FSMQ Additional Math GCSE. For A Levels, I achieved A*s in Math, Chemistry, and the EPQ, and As in Biology and Further Math. I have also received a Silver Award in the RSC UK Chemistry Olympiad in Year 12. Finally, I scored in the 99th percentile in the UCAT admissions test, and 6.6 7.2 3A in the BMAT.
