*** NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 2024-2025 *** I specialise in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at GCSE. I am expert at preparing students for examinations. I am an examiner for 2 UK exam boards and fully understand the requirements of written examinations. Outside of teaching I like to cook and am a keen road and mountain cyclist. I write electronic music and have an interest in astronomy. I have a real passion for science but understand that some students struggle with the ideas and facts, there seem to be so many! My satisfaction comes from guiding students through the big ideas in science so they can see how they all fit together, using as many real world examples as possible. It's a real joy when the penny drops and students start to understand things that were proving difficult before.
