A bit about Aatikah S

I am able to cater teaching to all exam boards - dependent on student preferences. I typically teach GCSE students, mainly in Mathematics. I also have experience teaching students from KS3-5, of all abilities, and am happy to offer guided lessons or alternatively, supplementary help to your current teaching/content. My own GCSE examinations were of the current specification - I obtained 6 'Grade 9's, 3 'Grade 8's and 2 'A*'s. Therefore, I do hold personal experience as well as teaching experience of the current GCSEs. I also hold three A-Level qualifications in Maths, Chemistry and Physics (A*AA) and AS-Level Further Mathematics (A). I am currently obtaining my undergraduate degree in BSc Finance at the London School of Economics - which I am happy to offer guidance regarding and support on university applications. I am happy to cater and personalise lessons according to each student, depending on their preferences. If students would prefer guided lessons, I will create plans based on topics to study progressively. Alternatively, I can also provide supplementary help to student's current learning instead - if students provide me with questions/requests on certain topics, I can base teaching on this. Lessons can also consist of exam paper practice and reviews - where a broader range of topics can be revised, instead of more specific, in-depth class teaching. I opt for a 'practice and review' teaching style, where I will teach students methods to specific topics/questions, allow them to practice some examples independently to gauge their understanding and then, review their answers together to fill in any gaps in understanding and provide additional help.
