A bit about Jacob B

I first started tutoring GCSE students when I was completing my A-levels as part of a voluntary school scheme! I've always found it very rewarding and have often been praised by students and their parents for my teaching styles. As a result, I have been tutoring for the last 6 years from the ages of 5 to 18. The answer to this question is very dependent on the subject and the student. Everyone learns differently! Typically, I will focus on students getting passed those exams and will therefore be taking past paper questions and going through them in detail. Of course, fun facts will be thrown in to inspire a future career! I have a First-Class Honours in Chemistry, therefore I naturally gravitate towards the subject. However, I have many, many interests. I have always tutored maths, physics and biology alongside chemistry. I also have work experience within the legal sector and the military which I often find sparks many interests with students.
