Kramele is a passionate tutor who uses a diverse range of teaching methods to help students excel.

A bit about Kramele F

I am a qualified SEN and primary teacher with QTS. I have graduated BSc Psychology and is now pursuing a degree in MSc Psychotherapy. I have successfully worked as a Secondary class teacher in an ‘outstanding’ specialist SEN school for 3 years; teaching students with ASD to become independent, well-equipped and happy individuals in the society. I have also tutored Maths (Primary, GCSE and Foundation) to primary, secondary and college students for 2 years. I have also tutored online; teaching English Language and Primary Maths to Japanese students (aged 4-60). I am passionate in working with young individuals, particularly with special educational needs and development. I am professionally flexible with multiple-disciplinary teaching strategies and problem-solving skills. I believe that with my passion, skills and knowledge in psychology, and experiences working with pupils in various organisations, I will be a good tutor to help you succeed in your studies. My lessons are planned flexibly, depending to the needs and learning acquisition of each student; each lessons are individualised with multi-disciplinary approach. For the introduction lesson, I would like to know the needs of the student (e.g. what subject area do you need help with? what are your main goals or what area would you like to improve at?) followed by an assessment and tutor-student discussion. We can also talk about how to prepare you for your examinations (e.g. timed-assessments and point-based checking). I do believe practice makes learning easier and fun. So let us keep practicing together until you reach your learning objectives and you are more confident in your studies. Outside teaching, I enjoy learning different languages including British Sign Language, Makaton, Japanese and Spanish. I also like to crochet, make some candles, and read Fiction, Historical Romance and Crime Novels. During tutorials, I allow students to have a short mental break whenever necessary. This is the time we can talk about your interests and hobbies. My teaching philosophy is 'Practice makes learning fun'. 'Practice makes perfect' is the common saying. But nothing is perfect. Learning does not need to be perfect, but it could be fun. And when something is fun, it makes a challenge more achievable. When I was teaching Maths in primary school previous years ago, some of my students with ASD and EAL found addition quite difficult. With verbal encouragements and lots of practice, they gradually became more engaged in learning addition and had fun solving some more equations. My favourite thing about being a tutor is the one-to-one focus learning. I am able to fully support a student based on their differentiated needs, personal learning acquisition and unique capabilities.
