A bit about Susana G

I am spontaneous, creative, a deep thinker and willing to get out of the box (always). I am curious about you and where your motivation comes from, in your learning. I like to chat and create fun and crazy curricula around my hobbies (and yours). together we will reach as high as you want. I am a Spanish and English Language Coach since I started teaching extracurricular classes at Alcala La Real Primary School in 2008 after having studied B2 in ENGLISH. Some parents bought a package of reinforcement classes or also called conversation workshops in which, as a native speaker and with an ELE background, I streamlined the oral and grammar classes so that the students became fluent. In 1916, I studied TELF and was hired to teach in a Chinese kindergarten. I declined the offer to teach Spanish to adults. I am aware that teaching Spanish or English to foreigners to students who have no knowledge of the language requires me to have not only a clear command of it, but also the ability to transmit that knowledge and ensure that students understand its structure and uses; beyond memorizing and systematically repeating vocabulary or sentences. My teaching encourages comprehension and makes my students able to "think" in that language; pursue the communicative and social purpose of the language. The best thing about teaching is that it offers a lot of variety. Every school year, I get to teach new groups of students with different characters, experiences, and ideas. As a teacher and an independent thinker, I am able to incorporate new topics, improve my teaching style, and design new lessons to spruce up and enliven the classroom. I believe that a subject is best learned when it is taught. During classes, students ask questions. Most of the time, they are fun and interesting, so I must dig deeper and better understand the topic in question. I BELIEVE IN human potential, I love brilliant minds and have been fortunate to bring knowledge and pearls of wisdom to my students. It is very rewarding.
