A bit about Joseph R

I'm an experienced Physics teacher (10+ years) with experience of teaching KS2 and KS3 science, iGCSE and GCSE science and A level/IB Physics. I've also been a head of department in 2 schools and my students achieve some of the highest results in our county. My experience teaching in the classroom has allowed me to develop a range of strategies to engage students across the ability range. A typical lesson would start with a prior knowledge check, followed by a teaching episode and then a task based on the exam board that the student is studying. AQA GCSE Science and Physics, AQA A-Level Physics, also experienced with iGCSE Science and IB Physics. When I am not teaching I enjoy being in the sea, surfing or training lifeguards at our local surf lifesaving club. I have a Bachelors in Science first class honours degree.
