A bit about Mehdi K

I have completed a degree in Biological Sciences, where I did my research project looking at DNA polymerase. I have always been inspired to become a teacher from a young age and have kept that in mind when doing my degree or anything in life. My motivation comes from the impact I can have on my students to achieve their goals in life, and love the sciences. I have an Honours degree in Biological Sciences. I have a Postgraduate Diploma in education from the University of Birmingham with QTS. Before my University qualifications, I studied with the International Baccalaureate and I am very familiar with the curriculum. I am able to teach KS3 and KS4 Science and KS5 Biology including IB MYP Science and DP Biology. I started tutoring over a year ago and it has been very successful with many students achieving the grades they had envisaged. I have also been working on tutoring at my current school where I have developed good practice and enhanced my skills.
