A bit about Yasmin

Experienced in primary KS1 & KS2 English & Maths, SATS Year 6 exams and practice. 11 Plus GL / CEM Assessments Hello there ! I have been teaching for over 8 years in Primary English & Maths KS1 & KS2, very well knowledgeable in SATS year 6 with exceptional results. Also teach 11 plus assessments. I love teaching children and have the ability to explore and open their learning achievements. I am patient with the children and gently guide the children to their specific educational needs. I normally teach 1 hourly sessions and set home study work on a regular basis. Although I set the time schedule accordingly to the parent’s requirements. I teach on Skype and use screen share, when working through difficult subjects. It has been 8 years, online and in person. It’s amazing to see how the children. Progress and gain confidence in their educational subjects. You can see and feel that the children are achieving their full development in there studies. I use Skype with screen share and use CPG worksheets as well as other teaching resources I love to see the changes that the children experience and that a small amount of support can really help the children in their studies. With gentle and encouraging support the student can really grow, the tuition is based around their educational needs of the student. I use teaching materials so the student fully understands the topics in question. My patience and friendly manner, whilst still achieving excellent results from the students. Year 6 Sats, I had a student who was achieving in English 50/100 but with tuition he was able to pass the English SATS Exam in English. BA Honours in Accounting and Finance The ability to assist children to be able to achieve their full potential I enjoy sewing and going to long walks in the countryside.
