A bit about Thalie K

I'm a French native (dual nationality) tutor with over 8 years experience who teaches all ages and abilities, and with a strong knowledge of working to AQA and Edexcel requirements. I was raised in Nantes and spent my youth there, before moving to the UK where I am now an opera singer and private French tutor. Whether you are looking to improve your conversational skills, or work towards exams, I can help! I like to put in place a realistic plan so that I can monitor your development, topics covered, and so that we can also return to any areas which you might find tricky. If you are working towards a specific qualification, we will tailor each session to ensure you are getting the most out of our time together. I have a relaxed teaching style which instantly puts everyone at ease. A classroom setting does not fit everyone, and I want tutees to feel like they can ask any question, go over any concerns, and approach me with anything they particularly feel they might struggle on. Learning a new language is fun, and my lessons replicate this!
