Doctorate in Global Management , Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Maths and Economics . Tutoring has always been my passion as I consider imparting and sharing knowledge is essential it strengthens subject comprehension, boosts confidence, and builds an important learning skill. Tutoring gives students individualized attention which they don't get in a crowded classroom. This helps children who struggle to keep up, as well as those who aren't challenged enough. It's essential to help kids patiently , communicate and get the best out of them. One to one understanding of subject, taking small tests to find out where u go wrong and what needs more attention I specialize in Maths English and Science It depends on the subject , the requirement and also keep pace with school curriculum I have been tutoring for 17 years I like to make teaching of a subject easy interesting and understandable such that students don't find it boring or difficult. Maths should be taught in the simplest form so the child is able to solve any problem based on the concept . Science should be easily understandable so that they can learn with interest and enjoy the subject Subjects should be made simple and understandable so prepare lessons by studying lesson plans, reviewing textbooks in detail to understand the topic they will be learning and providing additional projects if needed during a session. Ultimately, work directly with students to assist them in gaining a better understanding of concepts taught in the classroom I enjoy helping students learn new information and achieve their goals. For example, helping a child pass a class in which he or she is currently struggling. I often work with students over a long time period, so i can see these students grow and improve. Most importantly results should be visible Students only grow when they are empowered to make their own choices, make mistakes and rectify them. As tutor we build students and their confidence which only comes when they understand and like the subjects. There is a good chemistry build between each student and me . All students are different so I need to act differently so that when they study with me they study with interest and understand the concepts , like the subject and eventually get good marks .
