I am a qualified Science and Maths teacher with 5 years of teaching experience. I provide support and exam tips based on students' abilities and needs. I have taught in secondary schools and colleges, teaching children and young adults all three sciences up to GCSE level, and Maths up to A-level. I have previously worked as a tutor for Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a primary school level up to A levels, ensuring they achieved their predicted grades set by myself in conjunction with the students and their parents. I have also helped several biomedical science students, specialising in biochemistry and genomics, and have taught Maths and Statistics to biomedical students. Last summer I participated in the STEAM Ahead program, where I ran interactive activities to encourage students into engineering, 3D printing, and careers in research and development. I conducted activities using 3D printers, drones and the Mayku formbox to encourage students to use equipment to complete different tasks and increase their awareness of career prospects related to science and technology.
