A bit about Ayesha

I'm a 2nd year Biomedical Science student at the University Of Manchester. My academic strengths are Biology, Maths and Chemistry, as I achieved AAA in my A - levels. My passion for teaching developed during my gap year role as an online tutor. I would love to share the strategies and techniques I adopted to help a range of students reach their academic goals! My lessons always start with an introduction where I discuss the expected goals the student wants to achieve. I initiate with a friendly quiz or assessment to assess the student's areas of struggle, which helps me create a personalised lesson plan and progress report. Practice questions are a huge part of my lessons, as I consider them a great tool for boosting your grades. I started tutoring during my gap year before university. I supported college students in their GCSE maths resits. This experience was truly rewarding and ignited a passion in me to help other students achieve their goals.
