A bit about Rebecca A

I love teaching and helping students have fun whilst learning! I have done all sorts of jobs in the past: I’ve been a corporate lawyer, a nanny, worked for a couple of charities etc. I’m also a mum and enjoy walking, sailing and skiing (when I can!) I have specialised in year 6 in state schools and also taught years 7/8 in independent schools. Latterly I have tutored children until GCSE level in Maths. I’ve led Maths, Latin and MFL (French and Spanish) in different schools. I try to mix it up! Some quickfire questions, some deeper… I can judge when students are flagging and quickly get them to do some brain games or physical exercises to get the oxygen back into the brain again! Times tables dances are great fun!
