A bit about Claudio S

As a Mathematics graduate and a UK qualified teacher, who taught in various schools in London, I know that a lot of students are struggling with the amount of content there is to learn and practice. I have also realised that once you start working on it early and follow a simple study revision plan, it can give incredible results. If parents want their children to to do their absolute best, as efficiently and effectively as possible and learn the thought process behind solving complex questions, I have put together a 3 step process to enable them to do this. Over the years I have taught and inspired students to reach a grade 9. some of them have gone to University to study Maths and other Maths related degrees. Feel free to book me in for an introduction and i will let you know my 3 step process that helps anyone achieve high in mathematics. I specialise in 11 plus, GCSE and Functional skills I use questioning, modeling and clear explanations to ensure students are ready for more advanced questions. The resources gathered and created by myself during the past 10 years will help students get a feel for what the real test will look like. During group sessions students have the opportunity to teach each other. This also helps me check for understanding. Is is rewarding to see students become more confident learners. I particularly enjoy seeing the "oooh" look in a students face when they finally get a concept. I have recently helped my daughter pass her 11 plus test which makes me not only a proud father but also realise that I can help other students pass theirs. Throughout the years I have inspired students to want to study maths at A level and go onto study Mathematics in University.
