A bit about Tatiana M

I'm a high school MFL teacher of French & Spanish. I studied Modern Languages at Universidad de Los Andes (Colombia). Then I did a BA and an MA in French Literature at Université de la Sorbonne, in Paris. I have travelled extensively in South America, America and Europe, and have lived many years in Colombia, France, and the U.K. I have worked as a tutor & teacher more than 3 years. I speak English, French, and Spanish fluently and I love teaching and tutoring as it allows me to share a world of experiences and knowledge with my pupils. I like to start with some vocabulary and reading linked to a cultural feature; then I tend to do some grammar, and some exercises to put everything into practice. Next I like to do a listening exercise and finally some exercises that help the pupil integrate what they have learned during the lesson. I specialise in French and Spanish all levels, as well as GCSE. My favourite thing about being a tutor is that I get to work individually with amazing students who, once they understand the topic they seem to struggle with at school, start doing great with their homework and assessments, as well as with their participation in class.
