A bit about Rachel K

As an experienced Head of Department, I have seen thousands of through their GCSEs and A Levels, teaching all religions and themes on the AQA specification, as well Religion, Philosophy and Ethics at A level. I have helped students boost their grades, sometimes at the minute when they feel all hope is lost. I teach in a creative manner, keeping your needs and mental health at the heart of my practice! I have a wealth of experience teaching KS3, GCSE and A Level RE, Philosophy and Ethics, and can provide a variety of knowledge that less experienced teachers may not have picked up yet. I also specialise in History and English at KS3. I can interlink all three subjects to make the knowledge easier to retain and embed more deeply. Students often comment that they enjoy my lively, creative style and sense of humour! I do not read to you from a textbook, and encourage energetic discussion - I want you to argue with me about the content! This is all about you and I put my students at the centre of my teaching.
