A bit about Nicole G

I aim to make my lessons fun, engaging and memorable! I incorporate quizzes, songs and games where possible so the information taught is retained. I use positive encouragement and praise to boost children's self confidence to make them believe they can achieve anything.I believe that every child deserves the whole-hearted support and encouragement of a good teacher! I have a BA Hons degree in Children, Schools and Families. I also have a PGCE with QTS (5-11) with three years of experience teaching in a range of different primary schools. I have delivered lessons to Reception, KS1 and KS2 children. I also have experience with a range of different Phonics & Reading schemes and understand the importance of SATs. I have been a qualified primary school teacher for 3 years. I love my job and aim to make all teaching as fun, engaging and memorable as possible! I believe that teachers can make a huge impact on children's lives and that drives my love of teaching 💗💗 I got all the way through my own education with very little praise and encouragement! I believe that children should have praise and encouragement at the earliest opportunity and I wanted to be the person to give that!
