I am a professional and dynamic teacher with teacher certificates. After completing my Master's and PhD courses in Japan and the UK, I have engaged in teaching and educational research in Japan.

I also work as a translator and writer for leading Japanese companies in the UK.

I have three years of experience teaching at primary schools and secondary schools in Japan and over five years teaching Japanese in the UK at schools, including a grammar school in Kent. I am passionate about helping students to achieve their goals.

My approach to teaching is student-centred, and I use communicative task-based teaching strategies. I am teaching absolute beginners and beginners, using the presentation slides I created for standardised tests, such as GCSE or Ib initio, so you do not need to buy textbooks.

The most important thing is that students enjoy learning in my class. So, I use linguistic jargon sparingly.
