A bit about Richard C

I'm a fully qualified teacher with over 10 years experience in the classroom. I'm a primary school teacher, able to teach lessons in English, Maths or Science to primary school aged children. I have held the role of Head of Science in a large primary school as well as teaching English as a second language (ESL) for five years whilst living abroad. I have a BA Degree in History and Geography so also enjoy teaching these subjects. I like to think I have a friendly personality and aim to make my lessons fun, focused and productive. Please feel free to get in touch, I look forward to working with you! As a primary school teacher, I have experience teaching all subjects across the National Curriculum. As a former Head of Science, I would say teaching Science is a my favourite subject to teach, but I also enjoy teaching Maths and English as well as subjects like Geography and History! I have over 10 years experience tutoring on a 1 to 1 basis. My main job was always in the classroom, but like many teachers, I often tutored outside of school hours. This would usually be with primary aged children teaching English, Maths or Science. Exam preparation for the Key Stage 2 SATS would be the usual focus.
