A bit about Kemi A

I am a committed, hard working medical student at Kings College London and science enthusiast. I have over 3 years of experience in tutoring and mentoring students at the levels of GCSE and A Level in biology, chemistry and physics. As a student myself, I understand the importance of tailoring each lesson to suit the pupils individual needs. I plan my lessons ahead and utilise a range of formats and techniques to explain the complex scientific concepts introduced to students. I teach using the enquiry training model and like to work from the basics up towards more complex themes. Similarly when presented with complex problems I teach my students to break them down and analyse the relevant pieces of information. An important part of learning is communicating the students progression with parents, and ensuring both parties receive comprehensive feedback. I have experience tutoring students of all ages and abilities, and I am a firm believer that it's never too early to be a step ahead when it comes to education. I teach years 7-11 in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I am able to teach all exam boards at GCSE level, but specialise in OCR A, OCR B, Edexcel and AQA.
