A bit about Nicola M

Educated to Masters Degree Level, with 25 years experience teaching mathematics in secondary schools and 6 years on line tutoring. I have been a Head of mathematics for 8 years and am familiar with all aspects of the GCSE Curriculum. I enjoy the problem solving element of maths and like to help students break down the questions in order to access the mathematics required. All aspects of the mathematics curriculum as well as Functional Skills Mathematics at Level 1 and 2. My lessons are tailored to the students. When I know what their requirements are and get to know them a little I can try to make the lesson suitable for their needs and level of learning. I have been teaching for 25 years but have been tutoring on-line for the past 6 years. I have tutored students both here in the UK and overseas.
