A bit about Lynette M

Media Studies provides an excellent platform to develop critical thinking and writing skills. Analysis of media products and industries gives insight into our changing global society. I enjoy seeing my students journey of discovery and growth as they see an aspect of their lives that they are immersed in - media - through new eyes. Media Studies is practical, dynamic, relevant and tremendously exciting to explore. I have been teaching and training in the areas of Media Studies and Communications Studies for over 20 years. Most of this time has been tutoring and lecturing in post 16 college, further education and university contexts. I also have worked as an independent media practitioner, specialising in print media. Finally, for over 10 years I have engaged in Media research and publishing. “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
